i didn't like the staff and maintain their words about refund for issue we faced in water block in bath tub .

It was dirty not for family the heater was broken front desk not people friendly never coming back not recommended i would like my money back

Bad service! Room was not ready at the time of check in and everything was dirty.

Fights in the hall, and cops coming and going all night.

I would not stay at this property unless it is one of your last choices. The surrounding area is very sketchy and the hotel itself isn't much better. They promise working kitchens with utensils and supplies, but that's not the case. Tried two different rooms, but refrigerators and microwaves didn't work, and they had nothing to eat from our cook with, and the surrounding convenience stores had nothing. So we literally couldn't cook or eat the food we purchased.

The area wasn’t too safe. The staff was rude. My sheets were dirty. I asked for new sheets and towels and I had to change them myself. I found an open and used soap in my bathroom. The place stunk of cigarette smoke. Overall, a very unhappy stay and experience
