My wife, kids and I had to sleep in our car because the cigarette smoke was so bad. waste of money would never go here again

Stay away from this place!!! Worst place I have ever stayed. The manager is the rudest and most condescending person you would EVER meet here. They charged me for the sheets I slept on. Even though I paid for the room. No kidding. The first night at 1 am when I was sleeping somebody opened the door. Luckily I had the door stopper in place. The room cleaning people thought the room was empty and they wanted to clean the room. I could not sleep after that. All night long there were noises and screams. Disapointed There were several details that when added together convinced me not to use this facility in the future. First the things that were well done: The room seemed very clean and smelled fresh. The rate seemed reasonable for the type of accommodation. The location of the facility along with ample parking made it convenient to use. But there were several things that I found deficient that would make me hesitate to ever stay there again. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, charged my card that she was keeping for holding of $4 after saying multiple times it was only a card being held for damages, the microwave didn’t work and they wouldn’t fix it during my stay, there were no utensils, cooking equipment, napkins or anything. I got a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke. I will never stay here again.
