Bathroom sink was clogged the whole stay had to use kitchen sink to brush teeth and wash face

Property is convenient to I-25. However, the quality of the rooms for the price is mediocre.

The room Next door was too noise

My room smelled like smoke.

Extremely disappointing There were no rooms available according to the clerk, even though, I got a confirmation number...Now I do not know if I was charged for a service I did not get.

I was sent away because no cleaning crew available to clean the rooms. I traveled from Houston, tried to check in at 11:00 at night. Turned away with having to find other accommodations. No assistance of any kind, no notification that my room wouldn’t be available. And at this point, no refund!!!!
