Trash built up in the trash room on my floor. Only 1 elevator operable. Handicap parking used by an employee with no appropriate placard or license plate.

room was decent, noisy when the power kicks on for the fridge. free breakfast was a joke, it's just mini muffins, tiny granola bars, oat meal, coffee & hot water, no ice machine so people can't even have ice for ice water. very disappoint for the amount that they charge for a night

I made my reservation an hour before arriving via Travelocity, only to find out when I got there that they were over-booked and had no room for me, at 10:00 at night I had to search for another hotel!
