Staff was friendly but our room didn’t have any glasses to drink from and didn’t have a shower curtain to take a shower. The beds were old and very hard to sleep on.

Dirty, poor service, not friendly at all! One wash cloth for two people, very hostile when we asked for more. The coffee area was dirty, mud all over, some times no coffee.

My room waant ready. Housekeeper quit. She was their only one. Rooms where made up by hotel clerk. Only did bed sheets. Bathroom wasnt cleaned. Very bad experience. Never again.

Hotels.com left me stranded Booked on Hotel.com and received a confirmation but when I arrived there were no rooms available. Neither the hotel or hotels.com took responsibility.

Would never go back there The phone in my room was broken so it was very frustrating to have to go down for every lil item. The shower was dirty and the tables still had leftovers from previous occupant. I wanted to extend my stay for another day due to bad weather but the room condition and stench of food from other rooms was so bad that I rather stayed out in the bliizzard.
