Extended stay Bathroom and bed was dirty and hair every where floor was non smoking but all you could smell was cig smoke. Staff didn't do anything except move me to another room no ice or vending machine.

The worst hotel room I've ever stayed in my life Very filthy rooms, towels, bed linens I booked for two adults and 2 children , room had only one full bed and one sofa bed with twin size mattress, if they don't have enough room/beds for number of staying guests mentioned while booking why they accepted reservations. Breakfast is a joke with packs of oatmeal and some granola bars. I would stay ever again in this hotel chain.

Not a lot of good things to say about this hotel.. The evening staff was never at the front desk. And when we opened up the sleeper sofa-there was food, like dried Ramen noodles & lots of crumbs on the mattress. It was pretty gross, and there were stains on that mattress and my son, who was sleeping on it, said it was VERY uncomfortable, he felt every spring-which I confirmed, yes, you can! c.stone the sofa bed was dirty they didn't have pillows us and the room was not clean the sunk was moded in bathroom and the dirt on the bathroom walls been there a min.wouldnt stay again I never write reviews but this was unreal.....

Stay somewhere else The hotel smelled like smoke in all common areas. There was half a pill under the bed. The pillows were basically filled with nothing. There were no glasses and no ice container in the room. And the cops showed up in the middle of the night to respond to a domestic disturbance. Stay somewhere else.

(Extended) Stay AWAY Costs nearly as much as a full service hotel, but has none of the amenities. There were several issues that made my stay unpleasant. 1) The shower in the room above mine leaked into the shower in my room. 2) All the floors creak. I could hear every footstep that I made, as well as those of the occupants upstairs. 3) The parking lot had derelict vehicles and a trailer occupying customer spaces, causing there to be no spaces available if you returned after 7pm. 4) The back door was often propped open as pe... read more

DON'T BOOK FOR SHORT STAY Don't book this hotel for a short stay, as they will bump you, if they get a guest who books for longer. I booked this hotel for 1 night, weeks in advance, so I could walk to a work dinner that was being held nearby. They called me the day I was due to check in and said they were overbooked, but were transferring me to a hotel a block away. I accepted this as I could still walk to the event.
