use only as last choice Ok, most everything was in need of repair. Staff gave us bed spreads in stead of blankets. Coffee was offered but most of it was consumed by the construct crew before 7am.

Filthy and not for business travel The room was to be a non-smoking room, clearly it was smoked in several times. There was hair in the bedding, on the towels and cigarette ashes on the ironing board. I took a towel and wiped down the room as best I could. Why did I continue to stay? Because it was paid for and I was accountable for my purchase. I didn't feel safe and the room smelled. Filthy and disgusting... I selected this hotel for location convenience and price. Unfortunately, it was not worth the quality (or lack thereof). The room was filthy and disgusting: dust and grim on surfaces. The lamp at the near bedside did did not work because of the switch. I figured out because it due to an electrical short in the switch itself - a fire safety hazard! The lamps were also dusty. If you have allergies, you'll be in huge trouble. Not the Best The lobby's thermostat said it was 86 in there! On a 90 degree day. I only saw one maid there, even in the morning when u usually always see them, and she was dragging, yes dragging a bag of garbage through the lobby. The smell in our room was not pleasant. Not a raunchy smell but nonetheless it wasn't pleasant. I'm pretty sure all they did was sweep the dirt into the hall way and said it was ready. Can't recommend Old trash in the dishwasher, uncomfortable bed and pillows. Sheets may have been clean, but not fresh. No a/c in the bedroom (only in the living area). Not looking for plush but do expect clean.

This hotel is not for anyone that expects a clean room or customer service!! Used towels...slept on sheets...not sure if understaffed, or they just don't care. We will NEVER stay in one of these hotels again!!

Never cleaned my room Would not stay again. The only redeeming factor was the front desk. Both were very friendly

old and smelly and outdated The hotel smells bad in hallways and is old and outdated. I had to ask several times for missing utensils that should have been included in the bin of pots/pans and dishes. The room was clean but it is old and outdated old bedding etc..

Stay away. This hotel is basically low-income housing. The hotel is trashed - dirt, paper, etc. on the hallway and elevator floor which hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. My shower wasn't cleaned as there was a large amount of someone's hair covering the drain. Also, there were no less than three people being arrested on hotel grounds at one point during my stay. Stay away from this place and any other long-term stay hotels in that area as I was told by a local that this scenario is common among that style of hotel.
