The bed was ok. The room was dilapitated! There were zero amenities in the room, not even a coffee pot. I will avoid staying here in the future.

Lost reservation upset 😠 You lost my reservation n went to 5 different hotels for nothing booked online thru motel.com n you lost it didn’t get to stay worse service ever will never give you my business again disappointed n let down was a homeless for a night thanks to you guys couldn’t afford other rates that’s why I bought the 54 dollar room need to improve on service n how to treat your customers better in providing better services to them.

The bed appeared to have been slept in. Guest spent the night in a CHAIR to avoid the bed. The room smelled of marijuana smoke. The staff said there were no different rooms available. When told of the bed and the smell, suddenly there was a different room available after all. It still smelled of marijuana, but at least the room appeared to have been cleaned.

The location is great. The building is run-down and outdated. I paid way too much for this stay.

The properry was not kept clean or neat. Our room was not fresh, but had a non inviting smell. The bathroom was not clean and needed cosmetic repairs.

Une horreur! Une catastrophe!!! Fuyez! Pour commencer, à 14h la réceptionniste très peu aimable et avenante, nous a vertement indiqué que le Check in était seulement à 15h, ce que je comprends. Mais à 15h05, on m’a dit Sunil fallait revenir vers 15h30 car ce n’etait Pas prêt. Bref... ensuite, la chambre était petite, nous avons réservé pour 3 ( mes deux enfants et moi), on m’a donné un petit lit double et un canapé convertible, enfin ce qui en avait l’air!
