There was not as such a breakfast at it says, and check out there was closed. Not recommended at all.

shower was cold, the trash can was hidden, the plastic cups that they had in the room where gross, looked like there was ashes from cigarettes in one of the drawers and another drawer had a gross battery left in it.....when we took the card keys back to the office and told her about it she didn't seem to care that we wasn't happy.

This was the WORST hotel the room was dirts the blanket had a burn the room had bugs and smelled like wet dog They changed my room and it was not any better the bathtub was broke.

Tired Motel, low or out of breakfast items Very tired Motel. The motel knew that it was the weekend for Taylor Swift Concert and that the New York Yankees were in town. Why weren't they prepared for the breakfast menu. Out of several items such as oatmeal for the two days we stayed. Bugs in kitchen and bathroom area. Carpets looked soiled and dirty. We waited for clean towels and had to go to front desk 3 times to finally get them.

The lady working at the desk was pleasant and the positive ends there. The bathroom was disgusting, something was sprayed all over the wall in the main area and part of the mirror that was an orange color and made me concerned it was from someone doing drugs and it contained blood, I got bit by a spider and my whole hand swelled up.

Did not like the carpets. Multiple stains with gum. Room smelled marijuana. Cockroach found in bathroom. Will not stay at this establishment again.

I called earlier today to confirm my reservation. Front desk confirmed key will be ready upon my arrival. Once at the lobby, I was told it was overbooked and my reservation. Please ensure I receive a full refund.

Our particular room is extremely worn out and run down. It initially looked OK when we dropped our bags off and headed out to dinner and run errands. Upon our return and being able to check the room out more thoroughly, I’m disgusted. One of the shelves in the closet area is hanging out of the wall, just as the toilet paper holder is in the bathroom.
