Normally I don't give a bad rating but this place was absolutely the most rude and treated me very very poorly. I was disrespected and told that I would get a free stay the next day for not having a room for 7 hours for me. So I didn't stay for a whole day and then they tell me the next day that that long no longer have it and they give it to someone else. I really want to make a big deal out of this until they give me a free room so I'm going to until that happens. I will hit every single site possible amen

They sent me to a bed bug infested motel with disgusting rooms. The minute the door open it smells like a mixture of hot dog water and chemical fire. I also found a drug pipe under my pillow on the bed and it was the extended stay America in centennial Colorado on geddes Ave. The staff there was extremely rude and the fighting that took place in the parking lot at night was horrifying.

They close the lobby at midnight and i loose my reservation be cause i arrive at 12:30 am

Muy mal el servicio por parte de recepción nunca me dijeron que tienen que darte un permiso para el estacionamiento y se llevó mi carro la grúa y no se hicieron responsables del costo de la grúa, no recomiendo este hotel pésimo servicio, en el cuarto de alado meten perros y palomas para un zoológico, no te dejan dormir, muy motel no lo recomiendo

Staff was extremely rude and quick to try to kick us out even though I talked to head boss about my paycheck running late. I had my 2 little daughters with me, and he said and I quote "looks like you and your daddy are going to be sleeping outside tonight." Making my daughter's cry and scared. Any 10/10 star reviews you see here are fake. This is a HORRIBLE location. I would not recommend it to anyone. Upon checking in, the front desk lady did know how to check us in and had to call someone off the property. Once we entered our room we were hit with the obvious smell of drugs. Not just cigarettes and marijuana, but something more intense. We refused to stay here because we are immunocompromised and weeks away from surgery and was told we would get a refund.
