Room was dirty no phone no coffee pot no hygiene items the room was beat up lamp shade was falling apart carpet was badly taken care of and night staff was just flat out rude

I appreciated the pet friendly nature, but out room was disgusting. There was a giant hole in our bathroom door and the floors and surfaces were filthy. The water wasnt working properly.

called a thousand times that we are ariving late and that we are still going to check in but when we arrived no room was available even though we had booked at the counter was a lady that couldnt speak english a bulk of people was gathering in the lobby to complain that there was no water at all and the guy who finally spoke english was extremely unfriendly and we still got charged even though no room was available for us. good luck with that business model

I'd rather stay under a bridge next time. Absolutely the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. Basic amenities could not be offered. The rooms are falsely advertised for having said amenities when they don't. I stayed for 3 nights. They couldn't even bother to get me a shower curtain to shower. -10/10. Stay away, and save your time and money.
