The room was really dirty and the experience was not at all good, and also the room had an awful smell.

We arrived late at night. The staff did not speak English. The room was supposed to have dishes and such however it was bare. Not a utensil to be found. The shower was dirty. We did not stay the second night. I am not picky but this place was unacceptable.

I had a reservation- I showed up and they said they didn’t have a room for me and sent me away, but still charged me. Fraud all the way around!

Very poor lighting in the bathroom. Smoke detector had been removed. Due to poor lighting could not tell if shower/tub was damaged or just dirty. Did not use the shower due to appearance.

When I booked, there was a question about "special considerations" or accommodations that i might need. I was very explicit when I indicated that I had recently had surgery on my knee and needed a lower level room because climbing stairs was difficult at best. Checking in, the girl at the desk was extremely rude and informed me that the second floor was all that was left, take it or leave it. This hotel is discusting the mattress was so bad we had to flip it over the floors where so bad we wouldnt let our dog walk on them

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Blood stains on the carpet, a very vulgar exploitive was written on the wall and hyperdermic needle caps under the bed. There was 1 towel for 4 adults for the entire weekend. The front desk told us every morning they were out of towels. The AC didn't work in one part of the room, there were no blankets on the beds and instead of 2 queen beds there were 2 full beds. .
