Did not like the carpets. Multiple stains with gum. Room smelled marijuana. Cockroach found in bathroom. Will not stay at this establishment again.
I called earlier today to confirm my reservation. Front desk confirmed key will be ready upon my arrival. Once at the lobby, I was told it was overbooked and my reservation. Please ensure I receive a full refund.
They were not prepared for the events that were happening in the city. Check in was delayed. The room was dirty.
Our particular room is extremely worn out and run down. It initially looked OK when we dropped our bags off and headed out to dinner and run errands. Upon our return and being able to check the room out more thoroughly, I’m disgusted. One of the shelves in the closet area is hanging out of the wall, just as the toilet paper holder is in the bathroom. The floor is extremely sticky so I will be leaving my socks on the whole time and will forgo a shower - I’m too grossed out to relax here. Thankfully I’m only here for a night. ... read more
Arriving into town only to get a email last minute of that the front desk agent canceled my reservation without notice.
The outdoors very clean unfortunately. I reseved a room and when i got there they did not have a room clean for me so i went somewheelse bad
