First, I felt the hotel was sketch and as a woman traveling alone, I started to feel like I wasn't safe. When I entered the room, the carpet was old and then the smell of cigarette smoke hit me so bad, my eyes started to become irritated. It smelt like someone smoked in there for three weeks nonstop. Filthy inside and out. Everything in the room was damaged, smelled like kitty litter and cigarettes. Lighting was poor outside and I slipped on dog feces on the sidewalk late at night.

The room smelled like marijuana and it was a non smoking room. Bed sheets were stained, no bath towels in the restroom, and when we went to ask for towels the male receptionists was so rude and said that he didn’t have any to come back tomorrow!!!! We had just driven 4 hours and I was not about to go to bed without showering so we had to go BUY towels at Walmart!!!! So ridiculous

The room had stains all over the floor smelled like cigarette smoke had a white substance in the counter and had holes all over the bathroom door. They also gave us the wrong room. We asked for a new room to which the manager said he would have it cleaned within the next hour. We left and came back at least 8 hours later to find it was still dirty with cabinets missing.
