Good deal. Convenient location from the highway. Good room for the money.
Dirty room Room was not thoroughly clean. Told front desk, they said someone would clean while we were out, did not follow through.
One issue Great stay. My only issue is not being able to receive itemized receipt.
All was acceptable, except desk person was not friendly and seemed bothered by questions.
my stay in Urbandale Both room and staff were excellent.
Good place to stay We were just traveling through and we found Extended Stay to be a very comfortable place to stay for the night. We will certainly look for this hotel in future travels.
