DSM 3-25-17 one night I've been having back problems but had not reserved a handicap accessible room. The desk clerk saw that I was having trouble walking with my cane and offered a ground floor room with a walk-in shower - just what I needed. Everything worked out fine. Again - excellent service like we always get at Extended Stay facilities - THANKS

Noisy You could hear everything from other rooms and out side, room was dirty, dirty rags left in shower, morning breakfast was picked up before 930 even the coffee, front desk refused to give me a receipt, the man at the desk was too stressed he said!!! Will not go back there at all!!!
Room was a good value and staff very nice. I stayed for 5 days and the room was a good value for the price. Staff were very friendly.

WIFI NOT Smaller room than pictured...very tight, but comfy! Bed was very comfortable, but linen was thin as well as bedspread. Had to ask for additional blanket. Lastly....WIFI was NULL and VOID. Upgrade to better WIFI service for price...so "free" ended up being worse than dial-up. Didn't get any work done on the computer, all by phone. Like the area, and Hotel, but can't stay there again and risk Wifi...and other hotels I've stayed at, the Wifi is Free and, as well as sit down breakfast available at same price.
