We asked for a non smoking room. When we arrived the staff person checked us in an we went up to our room. We got off the elevator and could smell cigarette smoke. When we went into our room it was evident it was a smoking room, the smell and ashtrays. We immediately went back to the check in area and said we had requested a non smoking room. We were told that when you book with Expedia you are not guaranteed a non smoking room even though you requested one. We were very disappointed and headed back to our smoking room. The ... read more
Affordable, clean Overall, great value and easy stop for travelers. The staff was helpful, room was clean, and seemed safe. The only draw back we could say is that there are no restaurants/ food nearby. Had to drive about 5 miles to find dinner.But, nice and convenient for interstate travel. I would stop there again

Great value for extended stay I was only there 2 nights, but having a kitchenette is always a helpful amenity to have.I went grocery shopping when I arrived and was able to save money on meals while staying in town. Being close to the highway is also an added plus.
Extremly Convienient Hotel was located off I 35 and in reasonable range of metro and surrounding are. Odor in hotel corridors and my room were somewhat unpleasant.

Business overnight Great hotel, full kitchen, clean, quiet, will be back!!! I couldn't get internet to connect and when I called the front desk she gave me a number to call. Didn't like that, but a great room, excellent value!

overnight stay The room smelled from a dog. There were no amenities, shampoo, soap, etc. in the room.
missing necessities! There was no shampoo or hair dryers in room. Difficult to find behind business area.
