Early morning arrival Night clerk was hospitable but couldn't find my reservation. A little hard to get to even with GPS. Overall okay.

Great front desk was lovely they printed off my Ins papers and fax they.
All the things you need for a great stay. It was good for us we where working the fair. And it was nice to come back and cook. Front desk was great had a package delivered and received it with know problem. And they also printed off a paper and fax it.
We stayed here for the Knoxville Nationals We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were in Iowa for the Knoxville Nationals and this hotel is pretty far away but we chose to stay here to because there are more things to do during the day. There is lots of shopping and the state fair nearby.

a little hard to find but clean and comfortable A lot of construction in the area messed up my driving directions. Once I found it and the easiest way to get to the Interstate it was quite convenient to get around Des Moines from there. Room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Great Vakue The staff was excellent and very friendly. When we arrived there was a line of people checking in. One young lady behind the desk was on duty and she quickly got everyone ahead of us checked in including one couple who did not have a reservation. We waited only 5 to 8 minutes before she was ready to check us in. We appreciated the nice room although facing towards the interstate could be bothersome to many people. We asked for a non smoking room. When we arrived the staff person checked us in an we went up to our room. We got off the elevator and could smell cigarette smoke. When we went into our room it was evident it was a smoking room, the smell and ashtrays. We immediately went back to the check in area and said we had requested a non smoking room. We were told that when you book with Expedia you are not guaranteed a non smoking room even though you requested one. We were very disappointed and headed back to our smoking room. The ... read more
Affordable, clean Overall, great value and easy stop for travelers. The staff was helpful, room was clean, and seemed safe. The only draw back we could say is that there are no restaurants/ food nearby. Had to drive about 5 miles to find dinner.But, nice and convenient for interstate travel. I would stop there again
