Not impressed Front desk was rude

This facility allows dogs, which includes barking dogs. The staff is very unfriendly - not focused on the customer at all at the front desk - at any time of day or night. It appears all staff are sleep walking through their jobs. The rooms are pleasant and functional. In summary, this is a very utilitarian hotel with few amenities, but the price I paid was attractive so it's all a wash. I didn't pay much and I didn't get much so I have not complaints. However, I simply don't have any compliments either.

Pit stop Fairly standard Room. Bed was nice and firm but room smelled a bit musty.

Early morning arrival Night clerk was hospitable but couldn't find my reservation. A little hard to get to even with GPS. Overall okay.

Great front desk was lovely they printed off my Ins papers and fax they.

All the things you need for a great stay. It was good for us we where working the fair. And it was nice to come back and cook. Front desk was great had a package delivered and received it with know problem. And they also printed off a paper and fax it.

We stayed here for the Knoxville Nationals We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were in Iowa for the Knoxville Nationals and this hotel is pretty far away but we chose to stay here to because there are more things to do during the day. There is lots of shopping and the state fair nearby.

a little hard to find but clean and comfortable A lot of construction in the area messed up my driving directions. Once I found it and the easiest way to get to the Interstate it was quite convenient to get around Des Moines from there. Room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet at night.
