Inexpensive, get what you pay for Staff was friendly and helpful, overall the highlight of the stay. There was an air leak under the heating unit so the room went from freezing to boiling hot constantly as the heater ran all day. Room was dark, bed was very rigid and the pillows were uncomfortable. The shower had little water pressure. The room was clean and safe, but with thin walls and loud neighbors, it was noisy

cheap Cool they have a kitchen
Good for me It was a good stay, Great price, Bed was good, shower was good, convenience outlets were accessible and next to the bed for charging the phone overnight. If your a traveler that don't need daily maid service, I would recommend this hotel.

Clean & Quiet... Clean, no frills extended stay. Not a lot in the neighborhood but very convienant for my purposes.

Nice for the price If you're looking for a low cost room, this fits. Breakfast was slim, but otherwise everything was fine.

nice one night stay smaller than I thought room smelled funny and I thought there would be more amenities, kind of a deserted location
Urbandale extended stay america There was hair on the counter and shower when we got there. Their continentinal breakfast was just a grab and go breakfast. The bed was comfortable. It was a cheaper room than I could get in other hotels.
