Super loud guests impacting our sleep. Heating system squeaked like a car door opening and closing every time it stopped running. Basically no breakfast at all, no coffee available. No ice machines. Linens were fresh and clean. Room itself was in good condition. Staff was accommodating with a request we had.

The were cockroaches on the counter when we walked in. It was very loud all night long

When is a good was it was closer to work as me and my friend are traveling nurses. But for having your kitchen, the fridge looks like it went through a fight you had to ask for somewhere cups plates, bowls, even a coffee maker, which we never got then we have to be up at 5 AM for work And the front desk person comes barging in our room with towels because she forgot she checked us in our room. Reserved a king. Said only had a queen available. But when I got to the room. Bed was a double bed. Tough sleeping for 2 people. All at same rate as king.

The beds were rock hard. The water to the toilet was shut off. Had to turn on then remove tank lid and tap float so tank would fill up so could flush stool. Had to shut A/C heater unit off because it made loud noises

We came in at 8:30pm and the room had not been cleaned yet. We waited 45 minutes. We were told they were short staffed, had 1 house cleaner. We asked for a room on the 1st floor near the door as we had a dog. We were on the 3rd floor, in the middle. The person that checked us in was very apologetic and kind. That was the only good part about the stay.
