Air conditioner wasn't working properly, bed was hard as a rock, and "continental breakfast" was coffee and prepackaged oatmeal and prepackaged muffins. Staff was polite but not a comfy place to stay.
Poor to poorly meddling. First room we had was hot with barely working AC. Should have known when we noted on entry the grill was pulled out and exposed. Moved to upgraded room by reluctant staff after several hours, this one smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Smoke detectors were pulled out of ceiling. Seedy characters moved in and out all night, we found fresh doobies (marijuana butts) tucked away into back door hinge. We stayed one night and cancelled night 2.

The bed sheets and the pillows weren't washed. There was no coffee maker and not even plastic glasses etc. There was no hair dryer. The hotel is just located beside the interstate and I could hear vehicles at night.

Never again!! I have traveled this country for over 40 years and stayed in hundreds of hotels. This is the first time I have been instructed to go to the local Casey's store to buy a bag of ice because none is available on the property. The kitchen in this "extended stay" hotel was totally empty. Had to call down to request a coffee pot and coffee. Also had two barking dogs next door barking ALL NIGHT!

It's worth a few more dollars not to stay here. I was travelling back home during a 17 hour drive and just needed a place to crash for the night. I wanted something cheap and clean, so I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel. I'm not demanding and don't need fancy, but I do expect cleanliness. What I found was the prior person's pubic hairs on the shower walls and what appeared to be a pile of toenail clippings on the window sill. Disgusting. Not worth staying at The toilets were clogged, the beds were itchy, bathroom was filthy, breakfast was only fruit and granola bars no conditioner,body wash or lotion.
