The room was clean however smelled strongly like curry. We were on the 2nd floor - we could hear every movement (all night long) of the people above us on the 3rd floor. Didn't sleep well at all (even though the beds were comfortable). Breakfast was very minimal. Should be advertised as a to-go continental breakfast. Great location.

The room was disgusting. Hair balls in the bathroom and who knows what was on the tv. I wouldn't stay there again.

Disappointed The hotel was old and the room was not as good as expected. The staff was helpful. I arrived early in the morning and requested an early check-in. Even though the hotel was full for the previous night, they did their best to accommodate. What was disappointing was that the room smelled horrible. It smelled like cigarettes. The smell was not in the bed but I believe it was in the walls and carpet. Also, I could not close the bathroom door because it was out of alignment.

Bad hotel Not Good at all, not clean , Bathroom , floors , beds , dirty
Non-Smoking Rooms Not "Guaranteed" After booking a non smoking room here on expedia, we were given a smoking room upon check-in. They explained it as it was our preference and that you are not guaranteed a non smoking room. It was horrible. The room was out dated and the bedding was worn. We were in the room very minimal (just to sleep) so we stuck it out. If we were there more we would have taken it as a loss and went somewhere else.

Disappointed We had stayed at another Extended Stay once and it was so nice, that is why I booked this one, but, let me tell you they are not all the same! The staff was very nice, but the room had a very strange smell in it and you could hear the traffic all night from I80. The breakfast to go was quite a joke too.

The beds are hard as rocks, the pillows are worthless, and as a smoker staying in a smoking room, it smelled worse than an ashtray. The only thing positive, was the staff.

Nasty sheets not changed Night staff was good. When I pulled sheets back they were stained and also dirty, hair and other nasty. I had staff look at it he was just as shocked. The floor wasn't vaccumed found a pill on floor . I was brought new sheets to put on my self . Had to request new pillow cases. They did nothing for me . Apology and if I came back a credit.
