Good for Business Travelers on a Budget This property is just what the doctor ordered for business travelers on a budget. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located conveniently close to dining, shopping and commercial areas. If all you need is a place to sleep and shower in the morning, this is it.
Iowa visite I wan only in Iowa over night. The hotel was a welcome sight after a day of traveling. The staff was courteous even at midnight when I arrived. It was my first time staying at an Extended Stay America and I do would that there again the next time I am travelling

Spacious rooms but... Lots of space but a terrible smell in the hallway and in our room. Expensive laundry facilities. Not a very customer-focused staff. Terrific location though and a decent price.

Business stay The location was great, close to where I needed to be for business. The hotel is pet friendly (which is important for future visits). I love the studio rooms. It is cost effective to stay, as you can go to the grocery store right around the corner and not have the added expense of dining out all of the time. Clean, spacious room. Will definitely stay there for each visit to Des Moines.

Roomy The staff was very friendly and prompt. The room had plenty of space for everyone. The main issue was that everything needed upgraded. Everything was well-worn. It was still entirely functional, but wasn't exactly pretty. The furniture could use a vacuum and the cleaning crew probably should've checked the kleenexes, as the box only had 2 left. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for the Des Moines area. The space made up for some of the shortcomings.
