Room set up was nice. However, bathroom was unclean, no shampoo, etc. Pillows were very stern. There was trash under the bed. Service was nice though and room overall was okay.

Not for $100 per night...please This is a $75 or less/night motel. the staff is sub par accommodating/service. the room was not cleaned properly. soap rings left on the shower shelf. if the motel wasn't upgraded in furnishings, this place would have felt grungy. the grab and go breakfast is all processed food, i.e., packaged muffin, granola bars, and quaker oatmeal. The price of this one night stay was very good, but I guess you get what you pay for. I will never stay in one of these hotels again. Too dirty and not pleasant. I would rather pay more and have clean. The room was clean, but everywhere else felt scummy.

Worse than cheap hotel chains an it was not cheap. Clogged bathroom sink. Poor customer service. No coffee machine in room. No coffee in lobby after 9:30am. The pool was "closed for the season" with no prior notice. The lobby and halls were dingy and smelled like mildew. Checkin took forever. Staff condensending and unhelpful in dealing with my complaints. No shuttle service to downtown or airport. Outdated furniture and overall decor. Exspensive. Rooms downtown in nicer newer more accommodating hotels were the same price.

I expected to have a kitchen with flatware and dishes and a coffee pot at least, but the kitchen was bare. I had to ask for every thing even a blow dryer. I had no maid service at all.

Find another hotel This hotel is more like a rooming house with no normal hotel facilities. Once a week house keeping service unless you want to pay extra. Someone tracked in mud in the front lobby, elevator and down the hall on floor 3. I mentioned this to the desk clerk but is stayed there the entire three days we were there ... Cold Shower and bare kitchen This hotel has a hot water problem and their solution is to poll you when you complain so they can document it. Every other hotel offering full kitchen where we have stayed in the past comes stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cups, etc. Not this place. There is a card explaining all you have to do is call and they will bring up the supplies. Right. Not happening. You have to go to the front desk and pick up whatever they have available because if the hotel is full, you're sol.
Don't extend your stay here. Business trip. No coffee maker in room. Breakfast buffet consisted of vending machine muffins, granola bars, and coffee. The wireless was so slow that it was unusable. The exercise "room" consisted of a bike, and elliptical, and a treadmill. The in room HVAC was loud and the thermostat kept locking up, so the unit would click on and off repeatedly. Exactly one bar of soap in the room. No shampoo, no shower gel, nothing.
