Never staying here again until they update big tim Room smelled like someone who was a heavy smoker stayed in the room. Tv was outdated with poor channel selections! Ended up leaving later that evening to stay at friends house because it smelled so bad.

Good location near the mall. Excellent area for restaurants and shopping. Also close to the interstate.
The young lady that checked me in was amazing and so friendly!! She deserves a raise! Best customer service in a very long time! Very lucky to have her!

Hotel is dated, needs to be refurbished
Good location. Low marks for a room that was not clean, no amenities and a limited breakfast service. Would not recommend.

Good place for the cost Room was spacious and we loved having a full refrigerator/freezer as opposed to those mini-friges. The only minor issue was that the shower was not handicap accessible.
