Smells so bad, carpets very old!! All the rooms smell cigarette even when it’s not smoking area, bed, bathroom all the room it’s penetrated.

I had to sleep in a room with a toilet that would not flush. My feces was in the toilet causing me to vomit. So I was in a room over night with a toilet holding feces and vomit. I notified staff after check in that my toilet did not flush. A staff member came to snake the toilet which did not help. I called the front desk again and was told that the maintenance man told the front desk that the toilet need to be replaced and that she would Leave a letter for her manager. Nope Room was so dirty. Dirty used wash clothes and tooth brushes and garbage all around room. And the toilet wouldn’t flush. There was a plunger next to the toilet on plastic and we had to plunge every time we used it even if it was just toilet paper. Worse stay ever.

Free breakfast on had 2 pots of coffee, 2 muffins and granola bars. That was at 6:45 AM. I went back several times and never refilled. Also the dark roast coffee was a lighter shade than the light roast. Front desk staff was not friendly at all when checking in. As soon as she handed me my key she disappeared to the back room. No one was ever at the front desk. They were always in the back and not sure if they were watching TV or what. Not attentive at all!
