Morning manager was extremely rude. Will never stay again

Hallway smelled like an old apartment, in the middle of the night we had people tried to swipe card in our room and made us uncomfortable for the whole night, when called front desk first guy hangs up then called again and the second personnel told me that the previous gust who stayed in our toom forgot something in the room, vety unprofesional and creepy someone would come in the middle of the night and the front desk personnel did not do anything about it

Find somewhere else to stay It was very disturbing. Guest made us uncomfortable the entire stay. The staff was very rude some girl with purple hair basically told us she told us she’s not doing her job so stay in or out. The only person that did their job was the manager Michael. The bathroom was DISGUSTING!! Don’t stay here at all.

My room had too much condensation. It smelled like a dirty swamp water basement. I could hear every step the guests in the room over mine took. This hotel kind of reminds me of a ghetto apartment building.

Rude Front Desk Staff Do not book at this hotel. The front desk refused to check me in even though I had a prepaid confirmation. We booked late and she said their systems go down everyday at 12:30am and they can’t check anyone in. This information is not posted anywhere nor could she provide documentation of this. The front desk lady was rude and raising her voice at me which should not be accepted. She did not seem to care at all. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. Darned is very rude and disrespectful to guests. Very unprofessional and rude to guests and others in the establishment

Room had a very bad order. Room was for a handycap person so taking a bath there was a wooden seat for handycap that prevented full enjoyment.

Was not allowed to check in and no refund for prepaid night! Extentend stay América terrible customer service and Same for Hotel.com when called to complain and requested refund!
