Rude Front Desk Staff Do not book at this hotel. The front desk refused to check me in even though I had a prepaid confirmation. We booked late and she said their systems go down everyday at 12:30am and they can’t check anyone in. This information is not posted anywhere nor could she provide documentation of this. Room had a very bad order. Room was for a handycap person so taking a bath there was a wooden seat for handycap that prevented full enjoyment.

Was not allowed to check in and no refund for prepaid night! Extentend stay América terrible customer service and Same for Hotel.com when called to complain and requested refund!

Didn't like anything room were small congested and dark stuffy and beds were hard asf😤I couldn't even stay for my stay.my icd and anxiety took over I was only in the room for a possible 5 minutes.
