...more than what i expected for the price i paid... ...i was just looking for an inexpensive place to crash in the madison heights area...and i feel that i got more than my money's worth...the front desk clerks were very friendly...room nice...it did have a little tv tho...but i didn't watch tv...the fridge and sink came in handy...and it was really close to the freeway...i was worried because after i booked the room i read the reviews of past guests and was really worried about the fishy smell a past guest had mentioned...... read more
Front Desk Staff was Fantastic! Upon check-in the hotel front-desk staff had made all arrangements for us prior to our arrival. Our check-in was later than we had expected and Keiara (front desk staff) was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure our comfort during our stay. Great value for the money and the guest services (Keiara) exceeded our expectations!
This place was disgusting. Smelled like weed. Someone had a cat in their room, so you could smell that. The only area to take dogs out had an empty poop bag dispenser. So there was so much poop, you couldn't walk around. Found someone's underwear in our bed. Wanted to take a bath but they didn't have a drain stopper. Breakfast was a few cereal bars.

The bed was ok the room not as seen in the picture the furniture was too old.

Staff was very friendly but there was pee in the room on the rug, the room was huge but had FLEAS. Should be a necessary part to bringing pets, they should be required to have preventative treatment. Staff even offered to help find another hotel when I checked out immediately

Worst Our stay was cancelled the day of, completely ruining our experience. Stay with someone who doesn't randomly cancel.

The room was dirty when i moved in and i requested it to be cleaned the next day. It was not. There was menstral blood on the toilet lid, toenail clippings on the toilet, boogers on the shower wall, hair in the shower drain, and dirty socks under the chair. None of it was addressed. The there were no other rooms available apparently. No make right was offered. They were dicks
Where are we staying? Called by hotel at 11 AM to tell me no room available. Was on the road to destination. They moved us to a different Extended Stay in another city. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I received my money back as the new hotel was run down. We moved to another hotel nearby.
The bed was very uncomfortable, but it was clean. The carpet was very dirty, room had lingering cigarette smell. Staff at the front desk was friendly, but she had to ask for permission to give us more towels. Two night stay with two adults, and we were only given two wash clothes, one hand towel, and two bath towels. No extra pillows could be given out, so we each got one pillow- very flat.
