After staying in multiple rooms over many visits in the last month (I’m a traveling health worker), some of the rooms smell pretty smoky, some of the fridges are getting old and leaky, and the room cards never work on the side entrance. The breakfast they provide is only coffee and muffins or granola bars. Otherwise, it’s a decent place for a decent price.
Booked 3 rooms for 3 couples. My room’s garbage can was left full with rotten food in it. The other room has a water puddle in the kitchen area and the bedside lamp not working. Manager at least give me a full refund for my room, but it took a follow up call and 1o days to get it.
No tissue for days poor customer service
This property doesn’t have toilet tissue or garbage bags
The room was very very very dirty. Carpet is always dirty .

Toilet didn’t work and had to wait til morning

It was not clean in there. There was a bag of lettuce in a ziplock that was in the fridge and the bathroom walls had literal pube hairs on it.
