Ad said they had breakfast , but it was just a Continental type
This one was a rough one. There was a spatter on the wall, a ceiling light fixture had been, there was a mysterious brown gunk on the fridge, and the room smelled. The manager said I'd be getting a full refund, but nothing has happened yet. Oh, and breakfast? Grab and go muffin. 0 out of 5 stars.
I guess for this price but maybe a shower at least Upon arrival there was an intense smell in the room and the windows were already open. The room had broken shower where only the tub worked. We called the front desk and they said the manager would contact us. That never happened.
If I could give this a zero, I would. Came to a bathroom with no toilet paper readily available, there was a hair on the bedding, the last person in the room left dipping sauces near the microwave AND a pair of underwear near the chair. There was no trash can for the kitchen, the fridge looked dirty on the outside with stains, and the TV was wobbly and could easily fall apart. Lastly, the pillows were severely flat. Check in was easy and fast. Got to room, no toilet paper at all in restroom. Had an uncomfortable bed, broken down on one side.
Was not good for me. It was just not good. I dont think it was cleaned thoroughly before I got there. The floors were very dirty. It smelled of smoke and the windows were even opened when I first walked in (I assume an honest attempt to air out the room and. The front desk is left empty often and you're waiting a long to be helped.
