Worst hotel I’ve stayed at hall smelled of smoking even tho a non smoking hotel room smelled of old incense and smoke no ice dispenser ain’t leaking around faucet one wash towel could feel people from next room while laying in bed would never return.

No room available that I private make reservations , not friendly staff, they end up canceling my reservation without paying me back .

This one was a rough one. There was a spatter on the wall, a ceiling light fixture had been, there was a mysterious brown gunk on the fridge, and the room smelled. The manager said I'd be getting a full refund, but nothing has happened yet. Oh, and breakfast? Grab and go muffin. 0 out of 5 stars.

I guess for this price but maybe a shower at least Upon arrival there was an intense smell in the room and the windows were already open. The room had broken shower where only the tub worked. We called the front desk and they said the manager would contact us. That never happened.

If I could give this a zero, I would. Came to a bathroom with no toilet paper readily available, there was a hair on the bedding, the last person in the room left dipping sauces near the microwave AND a pair of underwear near the chair. There was no trash can for the kitchen, the fridge looked dirty on the outside with stains, and the TV was wobbly and could easily fall apart. Lastly, the pillows were severely flat.
