Check in was easy and fast. Got to room, no toilet paper at all in restroom. Had an uncomfortable bed, broken down on one side.

Was not good for me. It was just not good. I dont think it was cleaned thoroughly before I got there. The floors were very dirty. It smelled of smoke and the windows were even opened when I first walked in (I assume an honest attempt to air out the room and. The front desk is left empty often and you're waiting a long to be helped. We arrived at 6:30 after waiting for our rental car at the airport. They said they cancel any reservations after 3 if you are not there or call to let them know. I did not see that anywhere in the reservations. Very rude! Fortunate Fortunately there were many places close by. Won’t be coming back there.

I contacted expedia regarding our room during our stay. Im allergic to cigarette smoke and when we arrived to our room the smell of cigarettes were overpowering. I requested that the manager call me but never heard from them.
