Nice Hotel Overall the room was very clean. Except the headboard and lamps were not dusted or cleaned. There was just the right amount of clean towels in the room. Greatly appreciated! The beds were clean and made nicely. The lobby is clean and welcoming. Customer service was customer service. There was no pots for the stove. So I guess you would have to ask front desk for them or bring your own. Safety was not a concern. I felt very safe in this area. Pleased with parkung, laundry and kitchenette. Kitchen sink leaked into the cabinet, in cabinet and under bed found trash/items from previous guests. Linen exchange not explained.
The alarms were immaculately clean the staff is friendly fast and efficient my privacy is respected the manager and the team that they have a front is totally awesome anytime I come to Detroit I am only staying in this hotel

Lock issues There was a an issue with the key lock that made frustrating to get in and out tof the room. It gave me some concerns with security. Besides that issue it was nice for a one night stay.

First Floor me Please I stayed on the 2nd floor. There were children above me on the 3rd floor. They made noise all day AND all night! The noise was so bad one night/early morning my husband called the desk regarding. Neither of us could sleep.

Refrigerator was not working ,something they need too check on before renting the rooms. Besides that it was ok. And they needed to get the parking lot plowed, it wasn't done at all and I almost fell walking on ice and snow.
