Meh Towels were super thin and not so soft, and the pillows felt similar to the towels. Bed was mediocre. The heater kicking on and off was loud and didn’t keep a steady temp for me. Rooms in general could really use some updating- the couch was misshapen and didn’t look like I wanted to even sit my bag on it. If any other nearby hotels in my IHG app had available rooms I would have definitely preferred to stay somewhere else during the tradeshow I was in town for.
