Unprofessional management and front desk staff. Low life’s as guest it’s awful.

I had to take out my trash outside when it was full, when I needed towels I needed to go get them from the front desk and bring my towels to them. Rooms were horrible dirty, dusty . I took many pictures, microwave and oven were so dirty it was nasty to even use. On my first night here , I was awoken by another couple walking into my room, the front desk gave my room to another couple . When I called down to the desk , he stated I was in the wrong room. Absolutely filthy. The first room we were given had urine on the toilet, tables weren’t wiped down, and hadn’t been vacuumed. The doors were black with filth. We were shown another room. The bathroom had a strong urine odor and the room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. All these issues left us questioning what cleaning had been done, so we went to another hotel.

Not happy for the price You have to take your own laundry and garbage out to a different room no house keeping , the breakfast is poor for the amount of money they want 2 star!!!

The bathroom was disgusting and dirty and dead bugs behind the door. The shower wouldn’t work my husband had to fix it so the water would come out. Rust on all appliances and smelled musty and gross. This place should be shut down permanently by the municipality.
