Eric at the front desk was great! He was helpful and friendly the few times I needed help. All the staff have been friendly! The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Unfortunately, that's about all I can say about the place. The floors were unswept, and who knows the last time they were mopped--I walked around the first night without socks and the soles of my feet were black. The outside look well taken care of, however when checking in there was no one at the desk. I was greeted with, “what’s up”? The first room I was given was filthy. Had the bed not been made I would have assumed it was a true mistake. There was feces on the wall in the bathroom, the towel in the kitchen was dirty and hair was all over the bathroom sink. I went downstairs to see if my room could be changed. I had to provide photos to show them.

The location and area for the property was fine. However, the room was not what I requested and had received a confirmation for. Instead of getting the deluxe studio room with a sofa bed and separator, I was told at check-in that my room was not available and that the hotel was completely booked. They then said the only room available was a standard room. It did not have the sofa sleeper which I needed to accommodate my entire family travelling to our family reunion. Never again The rooms was dirty, smelled, air conditioner didn’t work it was either hot or cold. Uncomfortable bed and needs a major renovation

Like nice from the outside. But once inside. It smelled and the rooms weren't real clean. But the smell in the room was the worst. A crusty motel.
