The heat/ac was really loud while on and he walls were super thin. The room next door blasted their tv both nights until I called the front desk to complain.

The bunk bed had red marks on it ... lot of dust on tables and tv stand , bath tub not working ...

Would not recommend you stay here. Whole place smelled terrible, room wasn’t that clean, front desk staff wasn’t rude but was less than friendly. Thin walls. If we had more time, probably would have found a new place to stay.

They overbooked the hotel and didn’t have our room available. So they sent us to the Extended Stay down the road saying they had rooms but when we got there they didn’t have rooms either. And struggled to find a room at a different hotel since the city is booked up tonight. We found one but paid much more than we originally intended.

Originally I loved my stay and planned on booking here again however when I went over my credit card statement I noticed I was charged for the room again. I had already prepaid on Expedia and I was told when I left my credit card at the desk it was just for incidentals. When I called to straighten it out the man working the desk was rude claimed I was yelling at him and hung up on me. 価格が安いので仕方がないかもしれませんが。WIFIが最初の4日間は使えませんでした。部屋も汚く、快適さはありませんでした。食事もマフィンとコーヒーのみで、食欲も出ませんでした。

Eric at the front desk was great. The beds were comfortable and overall it was quiet. The floor was dirty and hadn't been mopped in forever. We also didn't have WiFi the 4 days we were there

Comically bad, thankfully short stay... it was like a bad, teen marijuana comedy and not in a good way either. Our stay started off with a young man slowly emerging from a back office, providing me with "what's up?" as a hotel customer. Now I did not expect him to sprint out but I did expect him to act as an ambassador of the property, a proper customer facing professional.
