New and clean, but some cons Pros: This hotel is relatively new and the beds and furnishings and bathroom are in great condition. My rooms have always been clean. The kitchen in the suite is very useful for longer term stays. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores (Walmart and Meijer). Seems like a nice, safe area. Great Simple Hotel at Great Price This hotel is very simple but it worked out for us. The hardwood floors and mini kitchen were great touches that other hotels didn’t offer. Great price too. Only complaint is they don’t have blackout curtains. They have thick blinds but sun came in the bottom and woke me up earlier than I wanted.

Took the girlfriend out for the weekend. Hotel for the night., booked to go to the zoo. Then another night.

This is pretty much the perfect place for an extended stay at a great price UNLESS...you have to have internet access for anything. Their premium Internet package proved to nearly worthless. Other than that the place is clean, staff is exceptional, awesome safe location, with meiers, and wal mart right next door.

Property was new, clean & staff very nice. Didn't like that everything was ala carte - had to pay for dishes; pay to have towels changed out; & take your own trash out. It seemed as though I was the only one picking up after my dog. There was poop all over the property.
