Do Not Stay Here! This is a horrible hotel and should not be offered by Hotels.com. It was so bad my son would not stay there and moved to another hotel. The hotel is trying to charge for 3 nights.

Beware they give personal info away I don’t want to mention names because I do have the names but someone at the front desk gave my personal information away to a stalker of my boyfriends. He has a personal protection order on her and when she called the front desk gave away my name who he was with and the truck I was driving. Like who does this it’s extremely on safe. Everything was good except for they put us on the third floor and the elevator did not go down from the third floor. The button on the third floor is broken. I had an elderly sister with me and lots of luggage and it was a pain. The elevator would go up to the third, but you couldn’t call it from the third floor to come up and get you so I’d go down to the second floor get on it and go up to the third floor to check out.

I really didn't like this place. From the very beginning I had a bad impression. There were loiterers outside the hotel and the lobby had people sitting around for no apparent reason. The staff was friendly, one plus, but when we got on the elevator it had a wierd smell inside. Our room key didn't work the first time we tried, so I had to return to the desk to get a new one.
