Satisfied customer Stay was good. Hotel was cleanly, staff was nice. The bed was uncomfortable but not too bad. Would recommend bringing or picking up breakfast because there were not many options. Good coffee though.
Other than the staff, terrible customer service and smart ass attitude, specially from the black lady who told her coworker-: here u handle it, I can’t deal “with this one “ (meaning me) because I asked her what was the square footage of the room. She looked at me like I was crazy to ask that kind of question. Then she looks at me like a little kid and asked how old are you cause we can only rent to 21 and over and responded with. Excelente, the staff was great very king and helpful. Clean room,walking distance to restaurants and close to airport. would definitely recommend this hotel.
