I booked a king and was told only queen beds were available and wasn’t offered any kind of refund for the inconvenience.

Quick to dnr you! Not a bad hotel horrible staff I stayed here for 3 months and I’ve encountered harassment a number of time from staff. No matter how calm and respectful you are they get short with you they cut you off I’ve witnessed them be in multiple altercations with guest and add people to ‘do not rent’ at least 4x. Never thought it would be me. I liked they allowed pets HOWEVER we were not told before we made the reservations an extra $25 a night per pet . The pets areas are not cleaned there is dog poop everywhere and even tough they say they give dog poop bags there were none and the trash cans were flowing over with poop bags and never emptied. The sink in the kitchen was dirty with top ramen or something and the bathroom is so dated and gross I would never take a shower in it.
