Dirty and air conditioning doesn’t work. There was cigarette burns in the bedding and on the floors

Dog House! The room smelled like dogs the drapery was severely stained and the floor was stained and sticky the ceiling in the bathroom was stained with water spots and a little mold the outside of the refrigerator was disgusting and I’m not sure if the stove was in repair or working but it definitely looked like a fire hazard my daughter and I was so so disappointed if we had not checked in late I would’ve rather have slept in my car or try to drive around for another hotel I am very disappointed in this establishment

I could not check in when I got to the hotel at 12:57am. I was told there was a “night audit” and had to wait in my car or lobby for 30 minutes.

Horrible stay The night employee with pink or red hair was horrible. I advised her I had no workin heater and my room had a smell even though I did clean it up and waited for maintenance as she advised she put in an order. Waited all night to be told by the morning employee that their wouldn’t be a maintenance man until Tuesday. My allergies were going crazy I’m 61/2 months pregnant and was completely unsatisfied. Bad Horrible slow staff and no service

First room I went in sink had some sort of trash on it moved to another room heater did not work and refrigerator did not work

It smelled of animal hair and feces. The room was filthy with their being huge stains on the fridge doors and grime on the stove and floors. I didn’t end up staying, I left.

Their appliances are old, our room is dirty. the trash from previous customers are still there. the trashcans plastic bags are not change. Staffs are nice tho. they only have cupcake, oats and protein bars for breakfast
