Got to hotel 220 waiting at front desk for 15 mins before some came out to help also room smelled like watered rugs windows opened on the 3rd floor no screens also breakfast was trash wouldn’t stay there again

One of the worst management ever. I booked my stay via expedia well in advance. I got 2 confirmation emails. Went to check in at 8pm with a toddler with me and wife. They told me the hotel was over sold and my reservation was not confirmed by them. They blamed it on expedia. In reality they gave my room to someone at mostly higher rate who checked in earlier. I have to look for a new place at 9pm with a kid in a city I don't know. Sadly every one was booked to accomodate us. If I was alone then it was a different thing but w... read more

I will never stay here again. I purposely asked for a non smoke room due to family being around. The entire floor smelled like smoke. My room wasn’t clean, hair from other people left in the bathroom. My bed sheets had cigarette burns throughout. Had to swap out my own towels & linen. I could go on, book at your own risk……

Not staying there again No phone, no extra blanket, outside noises, breakfast was minimal (oatmeal and granola bars. Counter persons were very kind and did all they could.

The worst The first room I was assigned to smelled like smoke. I went back to the front desk and was assigned another room. That room was horrible. The bed linen had spots on it. The bathroom was dirty. The counter tops had dead bugs on it. I ended up leaving that night and not returning.

Do better. I've tried to give this place a chance....but the last 2 times I've stayed....the bathroom in the room has not been satisfactory. The bathroom had hair in the shower.....not my hair....long hair. There was a cracked light switch, as well. It's like they dont really care about the aesthetics of the hotel.

The area around the hotel is sketchy and their breakfast was a cart with dehydrated oatmeal. Absolute overpriced garbage.

No bathtub plug or shower curtain so couldn't bath. No wash cloth or hand towel. Bed was sofa mattress. Pillows lumpy. Only two squares of soap. No bedspreads and blankets didn't even match. Horrible room.
