We booked this on our way to NC. I knew the area but did not know the hotel. We were checked in quickly by a friendly employee. There is only one elevator in the hotel but it wasn't busy so wasn't an issue. We went to the third floor and walked into our room. It had a strange scent but not awful. I was happy to see that there were doors to separate the bed from the pullout couch. We left to get food and bring it back to eat. Overall stay was alright Me and my daughter woke up the bumps on us and itching. I seen a bug crawling on the pillow case. I believe the bed was infested with bed bugs. But the lady at the front desk was nice. I was having problems with the air unit and she came up to help me out.
