Staff and room were awesome. The beds were hard and walls are thin.

Needed more of a continental breakfast

The room was spotless and the staff was very courteous. I love the fact that I can prepare meals in a real kitchen. The location is great close to many restaurants and areas to shop. The only downside was on my last day there for some reason all the dogs were barking. I love that pets arre allowed but can they be on a separate place. Not to disturb the other visitors.
The front desk service was amazing! However, the room itself was dirty. The floor was old and sticky. The curtains were torn and had some blood. The “free” breakfast was non-existent, only those ready-to-eat cereals and coffee.

The staff - All of them were friendly, helpful, and gracious. Manager Evelyn was exceptional, so was Paula. I give 5 stars for customer service. My only complaint is the stench of cigarette smoke in my room. It seemed 'baked in,' as if that odor was accumulated over many years. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying again.
