it’s chill angela, the service desk employee was fantastic & empathetic. she handled everything with care, compassion & comprehension not to mention she was sweet, intelligent & empathetic. our room had dirty towels but the housekeeper gave us fresh towels with extra.

not noisy
Location, location, location I love staying close to the Mash House as it’s my favorite restaurant in Fayetteville. Being close enough to walk is particularly convenient. This time I chose the hotel because they allow dogs and we were traveling with our dog for the first time. He was made very welcome and having a suite gave us plenty of room.

WOW and not in a good way… First the elevator was closed and had to climb 3 floors of stairs and I have breathing issues, second The air conditioner didn’t work in the bedroom of the room . So we reported it to the front desk, but it was the next day that they changed our room which we were rushed to do which interrupted our plans

The elevator didn't work and I was on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was decent.
No maintained or Cleaned the elevator was out of order in the three days I was there never saw it being worked on. The trash under the kitchen sink was never collected prior to my stay. In my parents room the smoke detectors were hanging from the ceilings. and my last morning I saw a cockroach walk across my room. I find it hard to believe that the 10 point check was done.
