I booked online went to check in was told no room a availability. There were rooms available but because customer hasn't checked in she couldn't give them up.
I truly am enjoying my stay here at Extended Stay America in Fayetteville NC. It feels like my home away from home, the entire staff is excellent, i will be back.

There was trash in the garbage bin from a previous guest. It was dip spit bottles.

All of our needs were met. We would like to thank our housekeeper Ms Gloria who was very pleasant and took good care of our room. The hotel is in a very great location.
