The hotel is nice. Staff is kind. But our suite did NOT smell clean. Beds were hard.

Rude front desk staff Ultimately the stay was pleasant but initially I was very disappointed in the attitude of the front desk receptionist. She came off as very rude stating if “I return to the hotel during the night you may not be allowed entrance!” This seemed to be more of a issue with me unknown why, but I can’t understand how anyone would check in after a certain hour if this was the standard.

Front Desk The Front Lobby Concierge was very sarcastic about not having a Ice Machine when asked if there was one available that we would have to make our own ice because that is what the ice trays are for.

The price was right. An extended stay hotel would normally not be our choice, but the opportunity for a suite with separate bedroom was too good to pass up for the price paid. Fayetteville is more off I-95 than we would have liked, but still worth the extra time.
