didn't like i requested a non-smoking room, and the room on third floor was stink of smoke, smell old and moldy, had to get own cleaning and freshener from Walmart to try change the air. apparently there was no other room to change to.. FYI my family room on the second floor was ok.

Served the minimum of what we needed but given the mix of long-term residents and others like us seems to have taken a toll on the property. For the price I think there should be more amenities. And the rooms need an over hall update!

It worth it even bit high priced it Front desk services was great two nice gentleman day and night shifts was excellent. They were well communicated it snd maids never was disturbing it. Thank you!

Was a great place to stay
Horrible place to stay We booked a room for three people. There was a bed and a pull out sofa. There were no sheets, pillow or blanket for the pull out (which the third adult would be sleeping on). The person at the desk was unable to locate those items right away. He told me he would strip another bed if necessary. The “Grab & Go” breakfast was coffee with no plain creamer (only sweet creamer) and granola bars. How embarrassing. Again, we were three in a room, but there was just one, plastic, cup in our room. Terrible hotel. In my 70 years this is one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. All locks are reinforced with side bars , for good reason. The kitchen has absolutely no contents, no dishes or utensils, presumably because the occupants of the hotel have a high risk of stealing them. No sheets were automatically provided for the pull out sofa bed. The furniture was old and chipped. This hotel company should be ashamed to offer such a poor product.
