I didn’t like anything. Nothing was unique. The business needs to be upgraded and the staff were terrible. Very rude & not very helpful. I don’t recommend staying here.

Hotel room is very dated. No pillow for sofa bed, called front desk and the reply was they ran out of pillows. So-called "free breakfast" means Granola bars ONLY. There is no milk for coffee, only artificially flavored "creamer". Also, no free hotwater/tea/coffee except during breakfast hours. Strongly recommend to stay away unless you only expect a bed under roof for one night of stay. Did I mention their price is not cheap at all considering the service provided?

Non draining sinks, foul smell in suite probably rotting garbage disposal, stains on everything. Overall deeply disappointed

Upon checking in, I was told some of the usual: they will keep your credit card on file for possible incidental costs; there is no smoking and they will charge you a $xyz penalty for smoking in the room. Sounds good to me, I don’t smoke. After checking in, we went in the elevator and got off at the 2nd floor. It instantly hit us: the smell of smoke and possibly some other combined smells (like garbage which is kept in a trash room-this is an extended-stay after all).
