The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and went out of their way to satisfy our needs. The grounds were pretty and well kept.

Poor breakfast The breakfast was pitiful with nothing than some cold muffins. This is not a place for a transient guest who wants some comfort for a night or two.

Convenient location but bad experience I booked a room here for the convenient location. Checking in was fine and the room was clean but the bed was really uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience was that around 4:30 AM the fire alarm went off and we had to go outside and wait. It lasted about 30 minutes and of course everyone was miserable waiting to get back in bed. There was no explanation the next day and in general the hotel handled the situation poorly. Great room, great staff Absolutely amazing staff, for starters. Simon is excellent and helpful. Clean room, comfortable. The hotel is near a lot of stores and restaurants. I had a great stay. I am so thankful I found this hotel. I recommend anyone considering it to book.

Close to retail and restaurants Nice to have kitchen facilities, but air conditioning was ineffective and shower was slow. We never had a maid for the four days we stayed. Staff was somewhat indifferent to wants and needs.

Family Trip The hotel was clean, rooms was nicely furnished and seemed recently updated, location was good and convenient. Draw back even though the hotel is a smoke free hotel the hall way and elevator smelled of smoke, So if the designated smoking area could be relocated that would be good, house keeping could spend a little bit more time in the common area and clean under the bed and refrigerator drawers.
