I stopped by around 1:30 to confirm my reservation and to let them know i wouldn't be checking in until 9:00. They confirmed my reservation and said that would be fine. When we arrived at 9:00 to check in, they had no record of our reservation and they gave our room away, a room with 2 queen beds. The only room left was a one queen bed and a fold out couch. Worst Hotels. Com booking !!! We booked a room here last July The A/C is not working and it’s leaking. Take note it’s the peak of summer! The staff just provided a portable fan.We weren’t able to sleep soundly that night. It was terribly hot. And we have our 8 year old kid with us too btw. They said there is nothing they can do about the situation. On our checkout we expected expected at least half refund for the inconvenience. The stay was average. The rooms were comfortable and clean but the breakfast and fitness center access was misrepresented. There were oatmeal packets for breakfast, but no bowls to eat the oatmeal. There was a minimal selection for tea and only non-dairy creamer powder. The hotel also advertised a fitness center, but in reality this was a sport club that you had to drive to. Granted, only 5 min away, but not what we were expecting given the advertisement. If you want bare bones amenities, this is a perfect place.
